Dear Josh--
Many thanks for the enclosed and for your remarks re Paschkis.  Have you seen Szabo (Med. Klinik 50: 385 1955)?  This is another messy job but certainly excludes cells as an explanation for alleged induction of tumors with nucleoproteins.  It's tempting to think that with so much smoke there must be a fire.  So far, however, we have done nothing but talk--too much else more pressing.  I am deep in the interslices of the filter--and confusion--don't know whether I'll ever get back out, at least with anything useful.
