Dear Dick:

At NOWhEERHony I mentioned some undergraduate experiments on gradient
of colchicine affect in root tips that you expressed some interast about.

I have dug out these old notes, and enclose them without the apologies
thay deserve. The sketches show something of the time-concantration relation-
ships. The last few pages of #je seminar reports add a few deBails— I hope
they will be more intelligible to you than they are to m how.

At any rate, you see, I was onee a botanist (of sorts!)
