way I respectfully call your attention thethe enclosed clipping, from the Milwaukee
Journal editorial page, if you have not already seen it. Had it appeared in a less respon—
siole newspaper, it would be unworthy of any notice » but it might be desirable for a res-
ponsible official to eorrect their misinformation,

the editorial refers to what are obviously titles of research projects from the N.I.H. 3
presumably the Jational Institute of ‘ental Health. It would not be dirrleult for an

uninformed editor to riddeule such projects as the "Genetics of Bacteria" by quoting
titles ont of context.
