Dear Dr. Demerec:

We have in hand several manuscripts and papers in press which refer
to papers in the 1951 Symposium volume. I wonder if it would be possible
t© obtain the correct page numbers for these papers, so that proper reference
can be made now. For your convenience, I abedose a checklist and return
envelope. If the titles have been altered from the specification on the
program, I would be obliged for the correction.

May I raise a trivial question? The citations to CSH symposia are
almost the bulkiest I know, owing to the long title, but their frequency
is only a testimony of their value, It would be a minor convenience if the
symposium iteelf could suggest a concise, suggestive abbrefiation for
use in bibliographies.
