He often talks about the Institute, and we have on several occasions asked the library to get material about it for him. You asked about his rival for his wife's hand; it seems it was Peyton Rous. You wouldn't remember me, but I took my degree with Dad back in 1940, and then went to Iowa City to teach and be in charge of the diagnostic laboratory for nearly 20 years until I married into the Clark family (I had already been almost a member for years).
