f enjoyed the article by you and your associates in the Chemistry
Department which appeared in the May, 1965 issue of Analytical Chemistry.
It is always interesting to learn of new ways to use operational amp-
Lifiers in analytical instrumentation. They certainly are versatile
devices! fhe logarithmic transfer circuit you used should be directly
applicable to measurement of concentrations in colorimetry. I will
try tt with our instruments as soon as time permits.

Our friend Dr. Anthony Edwards mentioned that you were interested
in instrumentation and that you might like to see the instruction book
for our new system. A copy is enclosed. I hope you will find it both
interesting and useful. There are some logarithmic circuits, incidentally,
on page 36. If you can spare the time, please give us your comments and
criticisms after you have perused the book. Thank you.

The MP=-System 1000 is just now being introduced to the market. New
product notices will appear in the journals later this summer. A pic-
torial brochure ts being prepared. The modules are now ready for deliv-
ery. If you would like to see and try out the equipment, we would be
happy to bring a set over to your laboratory. Any qguesttons you might
have concerning this new system will he answered completely and promptly.
