April 18, 1955 Dr. T. Caspersson Institute for Cell Research and Genetics Karolinska Institutet Stockholm 60 Dear Dr. Caspersson: I have just received your airmail of the lst April. While I have been most favorably impressed with the quality of Up, Klein's publications, I have not yet met him, and would be hesigant to offer an opinion on such a weighty decision. However, I am looking forward to meeting Dr. Klein soon, and to attending the discussion on ascites tumors at the forthcoming session of the New York Academy of Sciences. Since I will then be in so mich better a position to comment, may I ask to defer this until about one month from now? With best personal respects, ours sineƩrely, f Atm ted) i.
