Subject: Invitation of a Visit to NSTDA

It is a great honor for me as Director of National Science and Technology
Development Agency (NSTDA) to write to you on behalf of my Agency. I have learnt
with great interest from Professor Natth Bhamarapravati, Chairman of the Prince Mahidol
Awards Committee and also a distinguished member of the NSTDA Board, about your
valuable contributions in the deliberations of the committee.

The NSTDA is a funding and research organization established under the Science
and Technology Development Act in 1991. Its mandate is to be a driving force for
dynamic science and technology development in support of social and economic policies of
the country. A brochure of NSTDA is attached herewith to provide you with further
information.

As I learned from Prof Bhamarapravati, you will be paying a visit to Thailand.
