I can't find the words adequate for my profound congratulations to you for your statement in Proliferation Watch!
Your program is just what I have been seeking for 20 years. It is all the more urgent since USAMRIID's mission has been narrowed. Perhaps just as well that non-military agencies be the vehicle . . . but it must be done somewhere.
