Here is my DRAFT of an interim report of our task force on CBW. I will let you know in a
couple of days whether I can break loose for Dec. 15. Did you say across lunch time?
Would there be any leeway for later in the afternoon?
I will expect you and. John to coordinate what’s needed if John is to present this. Of course I
am available by phone. Ted Gold said he might have some inputs on management and

organization. Would you prod him?

In my view, if our task force is to do any more, we should seek a hunting license from the
next administration to pursue the last bullet: # 9.
