Thank you for the special effort you took to come down on Monday!
I've briefed Bill Casey that he has to take your account seriously; and I'll see Ken Adelman next week. I'll also seek what I think will be positive encouragements about the visit to US we talked about.
The press says that the Russians offered to talk about Sverdlovsk at the BWC review conference. There seems to be some problem about deciding on the most appropriate forum.
