In re Science and World Health
one issue I hope to pursue in December is an effort to produce a vehicle for broader awareness of scientific challenges in world health (slightly broader than typical medicine but embracing this!)
So I have been sustaining this dialogue with Noel.
More than the Ford Science effort we should encourage more face-to-face confrontation of "front line soldiers" with "ivory-tower specialists" (Nevertheless the meeting that Brenner chaired was not half bad!
