Dear Josh,
Thanks for your letter of 30 March. You will be interested in

knowing that there is a very radical shake up of management in process,
which is already being implemented and should be completed by the

end of this year. I do not know whether your suggestions had any

effect on this decision, and only time will tell whether the reorganization
will take care of the objections you raised.

Unfortunately, I have not had a chance to see Ambassador Martin
as yet, but I shall try to see him when I return from London after
attending the third Pugwash Workshop on CW next week. I had already
ascertained that nothing could be expected from the CCD on this subject
during their current session, I would weicome any further information
you gather on the matter mentioned in the last paragraph of your fetter.

You will hear from me separately about the forthcoming ACMR.
