If I had knovm that you would just as soon have had your project start June 1, 1951, I would have changed the dates accordingly and scheduled it for February review. As it is, however, you did not return your application with your letter of November 9, 1950, and it is now too late to schedule applications for February review. Consequently, I would like to suggest that you resub- mit your proposal at your convenience, but in any event not later than March 1, 1951, which is the deadline date for receipt of applications proposing studies to start in September, October or November of 1951.
