a. Summry: Dr. Lederbe>-'s situation in the Levieultural Colleze
of the University of ‘lisconsin is an excellent one. Altnough he has
comparatively small space, tris is well utilized ani the several workers
engaged on other projects arnear competent. Or. Lederberg is uncertein who
he will eaploy in tne cominy year on this project since his present full-tine
project assistant is to leave in tune, I was unavle to weet those engaged

advised me that for the tiird year of this project, om which the Studr
