Our BOOK says this was made by Ann Cook
7-25-57. as a uv/penicillin auxotroph from
W-3106 which you have on p.535 your opus.

(Small point; W-3106 is apparently derived
from rather than collateral with W-3096)

I can handily and do herewith send you the
shelf stab tubes of W~3619 (cystine) and
W-3624 (indole; revertible) which are recorded as
sibling isolates of W-3623 from the same run.
We can probably dig out other stocks if they would
be of particular help. And I could ask Ann
to verify her records: if there are evident dis-
crepancies.
