We take this opportunity to comment upon the approaching
expiration of our one-year grant in the amount of $7,500.00
which we accorded you to facilitate your investigations in
the field of human genetics, population statistics, and the
application of computer methods to these problems. In
recognition of the promising work being done in these areas,
I am pleased to advise that Syntex Laboratories is extending
a like grant of $7,500.00 for the year beginning May 1, 1964,

This additional grant is tendered under the same conditions
as described in our letter to you of May 6, 1963.
