Dear Prof. Djerassi:

I wonder whether you could referee the enclosed paper by Gray
entitled "DENDRAL AND METADENTRAL ...." submitted for publication
as a tutorial article to CHEMOLAB.

One referee was unable to review the article within a reasonable
time so has returned it to me. Because this article is somewhat
dong I think that, if it is not possible to review the article
fairly rapidly, it would be alright if the review took 3 or 4
weeks. If you are unable to do this, can you pass it on to a
Suitably qualified colleague in your laboratory, since this saves
time and postage in the long run? I thank you, in advance, for
your help,
