Dear Josh:

Thank you for that beautifully written Foreword. That in itself
has made all the work on the book worthwhile.

Thank you also for the Notes. An index of organisms phyletically
arranged would certainly be useful and I intend to provide this. I also
plan to consider a glossary of the more specialized parasitological terms.
This could be helpful to the non-parasitologist.

I have deleted the sentence about export of protein from E. coli
since this indeed is not relevant to the main argument.
