I will be glad to update my article for "Passion", if that’s what you really want from me. 21
years out of Stanford, I feel a long way from the exigencies of practise; and I don’t have
much to say about managed care.

However, there is indeed a revolution in communications that affects research, teaching,
practise, and patient involvement; and I’d be glad to write about that. In fact, see :
