I very much enjoyed our conversation the other day about the establish~
ment of consumer organizations with the authority to speak for large
numbers of constituents in clase action litigation. I am not sure I

can add very much to my brief article and your own perceptive understanding
of the issues it addresses, but I will recapitulate a few points about it.
