effects of chlorine, my best source is a column by Joshua Lederberg,
about five months ago discussing this problem, In addition, I be-

lieve that Gene Marine in his book Rape of America as well as past
issues of Environment also mention this possibility.
I am a political scientist and therefore think that you may be

best able to get first-hand research citations by writing directly
to Dr. Lederberg - I believe he is at Stanford,
