I continue to enjoy your Washington Post columns and particu-
larly those of April 4 and 11.

It was a pleasure to speak on the same program with Joe
Fisher at the University of Pennsylvania last week. I won't be making
any more public statements on Land use until the publication of a
comprehensive article in the Michigan Law Review in June. In view
of your interest, however, I am enclosing a copy of the AEC Power Line
Brief of 1965.

I am looking forward to the April 22 appearance.
