Res. 504 by Mr. Wolff RESOLUTION Resolved, That it is the sense of the House of Representatives that the President of the United States should resubmit the Geneva Protocol of 1925 panning the first-use of gas and bacteriological warfare to the United States Senate for ratification; and be it further Resolved, That it is the sense of the House of Representatives that resubmission of the Geneva Protocol would provide an opportunity for a comprehensive review of United States' policies in the fields of chemical and biological warfare; and be it further Resolved, That it is the sense of the House of Representatives that ratification of the Protocol would constitute a clear and unequivocal reaffirmation of the United States! traditional policy of no first-use of gas and bacteriological warfare.
