I must apologize for the long delay in Yeplying to your inquiry concerning
the of nickel in New York City. In July our offices were relocated
from Virginia to our present location. In addition, we have been trying

for the past few months to convert from a manual to a computerized retrieval
system. Beeause of this we have had difficulty in coping with requests.
Your request, in particular, was a difficult one and I was unable to locate
anything of value.
