Dr.B Wallace in his recent book, Genetics,
Evolution, Race, Radiation Biology, quoted you

as saying:

"Intelligence" undoubtedly does have a very
large and relatively simple genetic component.
In fact, the genes are all to visible, they
control the color of the skin."

Could you tell me at what occasion you said
or wrote this 'tongue in cheek’ statement?

I am attempting to write a book on the
biological aspects of races for our students,
and I would like to quote you, if I may.
