Subject: Note from Lederberg

I have a note from Lederberg saying he is most anxious to send
a precis of the Westex material to N, D, Lerusalimskii as soon as possible,
You will note from the attached September 15 Pravda translation that he
is the Soviet scientist who made the statement with regard to sterilization
of their lunar impacter, Unless I hear from you otherwise, I shall try
to clean up a version for your review, You may remember that Lederberg

was asked to hold up any foreign distribution until he had your specific
approval,
