Francis Reithel here for dedication proceedings -- I met him rather accidentally through Mel Cohn and found he was succeeding Bill Consolazio at NSF in Molecular Biology. Also found he was interested in exobiology and felt this should be better represented in NSF program -- but he wasn't yet very well informed. NSF still hasn't worked out its orientation to NASA. But people like him may help. Reithel should come back here for Westex-4 on the 26th.
