Do you have the following amino acid requiring mutants of K12 (either lysogenic or non-lysogenic):
methomine-
tryptophane-
proline-
cystine-
lysine-
I would like to use them in some experiments on protein synthesis.
I am afraid that the P32 K12 experiments with Dave Skaar are still incomplete but I hope to find time to finish them soon.
