on Committee 11 of the Space Science Board. I have transmitted
to Mr. George Derbyshire your estimate of possible expenses, and
feel sure that something can be done to see that they are covered,
You will find the Secretariat very helpful, and I hope you will
call upon them for any help they can give. Of course I will be
glad to do anything I can to be of help to you,

Mr, Derbyshire tells me you are planning to convene a
small group to study the missile sterilization problem. I feel
much relieved that you are willing to take responsibility in this
area, for it is a field in which I have no technical competence
whatever, Needless to say, I think it of the utmost importance,
