Dear Josh and Esther,
Lu assures me that it is OK for me to join him and the others in visiting you on December 2 and 3.  I plan to reach Madison at 9:38pm on the C and NW on Monday evening and would like to stay until Thursday morning--hope you can arrange shelter for me without too much inconvenience to yourselves.
