Enclosed Is some Information on Dr. Kageyama. | can edd my own
high recommendation from Interviewing him In Tokyo.

My propose] has been to Invite Dr. Kageyama to work here on our
multivator project for one to two years. We could hire him as a
research associate. 1 thought It would be advantageous to give
him a fellowship, especially If this could Include some provision
for his travel expenses in coming here.
