Events conspire to keep me from your Board meetings.

I shall be in London on 6 June at a joint meeting of the NAS
and the Royal Society, hence absent from the June meeting.
Unfortunately, the change in date from January 15, 1980 to
February 15 again catches me out of the country, this time
at the Scientific Forum called for in the final act of the
Helsinki Accords, for which Secretary Vance has asked me to
lead the American Delegation.

Do come by when next life brings you to Washington.
