is someone I cherish, I am sure, as much as you do. (He has often spoken of you.)
Unfortunately he is not so well known to a wide circle of our colleagues: I am working on ways to ameliorate that. He and I enjoyed sharing honorary degrees at Penna. in 1979; among many other convergences.
If it were up to me . . . .
