Dear Bill:

I regret that you and Sibyl were unable to join us

for an "Evening at The Rockefeller University" last
spring.

Two additional "Evenings" will be held this fall
and I would be delighted if you could be with us on one
of these occasions. The events have been scheduled for
Tuesday, October 16 and Monday, December 3 from six to
ten o'clock.

. As in the past, a reception and dinner will take
place in Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Hall followed by a
presentation in Caspary Auditorium where Drs, Vincent
Allfrey, Jules Hirsch, James Hirsch and I will discuss
highlights of the University's current achievements in
applying basic biomedical sciences to the solution of
major health problems.

I do hope the evening of either October 16 or
December 3 will be convenient for you.

It would be a pleasure to welcome you and Sibyl
on-campus again.
