I have grave doubts whether the "musical chairs" that Norton proposed for Smith Hall is a feasible task within a timeframe that would be useful to you.
I have renewed hope, however, about opening up a floor of the Tower Building, iff we can get the cooperation of Wayne Bardin and the Pop'n Council group. To that end, I am actively working on a bundle of other incentives that might make it reasonable to expect them to offer that cooperation. I did want to reaffirm the seriousness of my pledge. I really think that space is the only serious problem: I am pretty sure that we can put together quite an attractive package for you with respect to the other parameters if we can find an answer to your real estate requirements in time.
