Dear Doctor Lederberg:

At present this laboratory is unable to do complete typing

of E. coli strains. Dr. Ewing has prepared the necessary

O serums and is in the process of making K and H serums.

We can group the strains for you but we would be unable to

type then at the present time. So far as I know, no one
