Thank you for sending me copies of your columns--
I have been following them with interest. You really have no
need to make apologies--it is terribly important that persons
such as yourself who have the capacity both understand what
is taking place in communications and to explain it in ways
that a layman can understand and be willing to take the time to make
these issues more widely understood.

I appreciate the tip on the HUD contract report--

I had not seen it.
