Many fringe lunatics may be grateful
to you forgssuring the wide dissemination
of the teghniques of guerilla attack that
you published in your front page storyto-
day. But I wonder what concept of press
respangibility can justify your printing
such a manual, in such instructive detail.

If you don't understand what I mean,
you may learn it to your grief when some
emotionally disturbed juvenile tosses a
Molotow cocktail and some spiked cherry
bombs into your own offices, having learned
such interesting arta from your own story.
