Dear Professor Tiselius:

Enclosed is the cover material and a samplelpage of a bulletin I just

received in the mail. It seems to me quite an interesting enterprise

along the lines of some of our previous correspondence. However, I do
not know any of the people connected with it and have no intention of

becoming involved. Do you know anything of the enterprise?

In any case, the bulletin (although it editorializes too mach in the
wrong places) illustrates an awareness service of a kind that might be
of real use under the right direction,
