Yes, it appears that Cgp is not completely inert. A number of
groups have found that it is susceptible to oxidation, and a number
of other reactions under the appropriate conditions.

Given your long interest in carbon, I thought you would enjoy
seeing the enclosed attempt at a complete, up-to-date bibliography of
Cgq - related research. As you will see on careful reading there has
yet to be a published study on the biological degradation and/or
activity of Cgg, Perhaps you would be interested in entering this

area?
