Lindegren and Morgan
A small point: (I should have thought of you even sooner as an authoritative resource.)
Herschel Roman has questioned whether my attribution about Lindegren is correct. My documentation is incomplete but I believe I recall Lindegren having spoken very positively about Morgan's encouragement.
What do you think?
