From ISI's Science Citation Index, we have determined that your paper
"Replica Plating and Indirect Selection of Bacterial Mutants" is among the
500 most cited during the years 1961-1975. That makes it one of the most
cited articles ever published.

With our first 1977 issue of Current Contents, ISI initiated a one-page
feature entitled "Citation Classics." This feature presents a brief
abstract or digest of the most highly-cited scientific articles in various
fields, along with comments and reflections by the author or coauthors, if
willing, or by some expert in the field.
