Dear Ron
Attached are some notes I perused a few weeks ago. I hesitated and delayed in sending them out, mainly because they had a didactic tone you scarcely needed!
But if you can forgive me that, they may introduce the state of mind that makes me so eager to see you.
Perhaps May 7 is not the best time -- it is not the most convenient for me either -- but we were not likely to find any other date before July!
We (family and I) will be in Palo Alto most of July and I certainly hope we can capitalize on that too.
