Dear Dr. Lozinski:

I was happy to have your letter of February 9th and to
hear from you and Mrs. Roland, to whom please return my
fondest regards.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to visit you in Mon-
treal in May, but I have a suggestion for you that might
be even superior. That is Dr. Ronald Cape, Chairman of the
Cetus Corporation and perhaps the leading scientist-entre-
preneur in the field of genetic engineering. I have counted
him a close personal friend for many years, as well as a
business associate, and a member of Rockefeller University
Council.

I also mention his name particularly as he is a native
of Montreal, and for all I know, may Already be known to you
or some of your friends. He is a most interesting person —
in his own right and I am sure would sustain the standards
of what appears to be a most exciting program on the part of
your committee.
