Dear Dr. Lederberg:

This is a follow-up on your offer to help Bob Lahita and me obtain
some radioactive procainamide from Squibb.

I was unable to track back to the block in our previous attempt to
obtain the material. Today, I telephoned a friend of mine currently at
Squibb, Dr. Bruce Migdaloff, who said that they had radioactive procaina-
mide and would send me some whenever I wanted it. I therefore expect
that I can obtain it for Bob's experiments as soon as he is ready to use

 

it.
