Dear Josh:

Thanks for your note. I think meetings of the Panel at sites
other than Bethesda are quite reasonable.

As far as the legal situation vis-a-vis your appointment, generally
unless an appointment is made to replace you, the incumbent remains
on the Board or Panel. I have not heard a word about any of these
issues as the administration is still turning over. As soon as I
hear something, I'll let you know.
