I have just gotten off a letter to Jack Whitehead; we'll see
whether the conditions we've set out are Satistactory to him
or not. The deal is just about as we discussed it, although
at the very strong urging of Medical Center colleagues we

have added a requirement for at least modest representation
on the governing board. The basic framework stands: they get
a free lease if we get about a quarter of the space.
