A Committee of the Institute of Medicine, National Academy
of Sciences is planning a study on the causes of environmental-
related health effects. Dr. Joshua Lederberg is the Chairman of
the Committee; other members are Paul Marks, Roy Albert, Arthur
Upton, Ted Cooper, etc.

When you were preparing the EPA TOX-TIPS on Cell Trans forma-
tion, I sent you 17 chapters from our volume which is now in pre-
paration for publication. I mentioned this to the above Committee
and they would appreciate it very much if you would send a copy of
