Do you know of any other studies on cost-effectiveness of radiography?
Isn't it worth 5000 dollars (l/34 X-rays to find a fracture not otherwise detected?
On the other side, how many genetically and cancer-significant rems are also involved. (at 100 dollars/rem does this change the calculus?
